Sherlock looks as Sherlock as ever and she smiles brightly as she takes her scarf from him. She loops it around her neck and then pulls on her winter coat. Underneath she's put on a winter jumper with little blue snowflakes all over it. He didn't mention how she should dress, so she just did her usual. If he'd wanted her to dress up, he would have mentioned it.

"We?" she asks as she buttons herself up. Most likely he means him but that's he's taking her along for the ride which is fine with her. The Hunterian Museum is one of her favourites.
