Molly can tell this is hard for him, that whatever happened over the past days has had a profound affect on him. This wasn't anything she could have possibly guessed though. A Holmes sister. A genius Holmes sister. Not that it's entirely surprising that she would be mentally gifted, but the idea of someone smarter than both Sherlock and Mycroft combined is...well, scary.
